AWFUL MODS: Anyone know why my ear won't stretch?
I’ve had the 1.5mm stretcher in for like 5 days (pathetic, I know) and I’m trying the 2mm one now and it just won’t go through! It’s pissing me off ¬¬ It hurts and I don’t want to tear it but surely it should be working??

Also, it’s not a “stretcher”, it’s a taper. And it should not be left in for any amount of time over say.. 30 seconds. It’s not jewelry. You use it to stretch to the next size, then you pop the proper jewelry in that’s at that size. This is important because wearing tapers as jewelry can damage your ears, getting knocked around and caught on things, and the uneven weight can aggravate the piercing unneccessarily.
